Kevin is an experienced Program Director, Project Manager
and Change Manager with over 10 years experience in the UK and Europe in delivering major projects. He is also an experienced
operational manager and director and understands the impact of managing change on business and non-profit organisations.
Kevin
is a fellow of the Institute of Directors and an Oxford Business Alumni, having additionally trained at Ashridge Management College
and Henley School of Management. Kevin joined Hydra Managementfrom BT plc where he led some of the largest and most complex
programmes in the UK and where he established a Development Centre for Project and Program Management.
Geoff Reiss
Geoff leads Quality Assurance on Consulting Services
Assignments. He chairs the APM Programme Management Specific Interest Group, ProgM, and has contributed to the OGC publication Managing
Successful Programmes and the PMI Program Management Standard. He wrote Programme Management Demystified and led the author team
for the Gower Handbook of Programme Management. He regularly speaks on the topic.
David Simon
David is an experienced and trained project professional with Prince II accreditation and PMG Consulting Accreditation. He has
over 25 years experience in leading projects in the City with 20 years experience in business and technology management,
predominantly in the financial services sector. David has led projects, programmes, recovery teams and IT support functions.
He has worked for a number of major institutions including Midland Bank, HSBC, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, Barclays de
Zoet Wedd and British Petroleum through all aspects of project lifecycles.
John Bridges
John is an experienced consultant who helps organisations realise their achievements. He has an MBA, extensive business process improvement skills and a
successful 20-year record of experience across several key business functions, mostly within high-technology markets.
John is a Registered Practitioner in PRINCE2 and MSP, Certificated Project Manager and Fellow of the APM. With a proven track record his keen analytical and
strategic skills have been key in managing change and dramatically improving operational performance. He is a flexible man-manager and motivator with the capability to lead teams to achieve business goals.
David Ferdinando
An expert Portfolio Manager specialising in project, portfolio and programme Management. David has extensive experience of governance, project planning, resource management, knowledge management, programme tools and methodologies. David has worked on projects for many major organisations including; Digital Equipment (DEC), Compaq, Nationwide, ABN AMRO and Pfizer.
Adrian Pyne
Adrian is a highly practical, professional manager and leader. He has broad and deep experience in the successful design,
management and delivery of business change programmes and programme offices.
His experience includes Centre of Excellence /
Programme Office design, build & operation, programme management methods & consultancy for business change, project management
methods including Prince 2, bid management, business development and third party management.
Geof Leigh
Geof is an expert project, portfolio and programme manager with over 20 year’s experience of managing complex projects and
programmes in a variety of industries, the public sector and in assisting government institutions. Geof is an MSP examiner,
co-author of two books on project management and an e-book on project methodology. He is a member of the Association for
Project Management, The Specific Interest Group on Programme Management, ProgM and an acknowledged industry expert
John Taylor
John Taylor is an experienced Prince 2 practitioner with more than 15 years in project management, including full system
development lifecycle, gained in both the public and private sectors. Also experienced in business process re-engineering,
systems analysis and consulting, having spent 12 months with KPMG in a project and programme management advisory role.
Strengths include strong analysis, project management, consultancy and team leadership skills with excellent communication
skills.
